ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES
SYLLABUS AIM
The aim of this unit is to develop knowledge and understanding of the key principles involved in managing organisational resources and to provide an appreciation of the tools and techniques associated with managing finance, projects and facilities.

ASSESSMENT
The unit will be assessed by a three hour closed book examination. The paper will comprise of a choice of four questions from eight, designed to assess the depth and breadth of candidates’ knowledge of how administrative management of resources are applied and managed throughout the organisation. The paper will be divided intro four sections and candidates will be required to answer one question from each section.

Students will be expected to use a set text, accompanying the Institute’s Study Guide Administrative Management of Resources and supporting references for this unit.
