Program Objective

This management course is an important qualification for individuals aspiring to hold a position in management, with the objective of building a portfolio of transferable skills to engage with business challenges. A practical programme designed to develop an understanding of the fundamental leadership and management skills and knowledge necessary for today's competitive changing environment.
The Edexcel BTEC Level 7 qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership have been developed to give learners the opportunity to:

Assessment is by assignment, work based where appropriate for each of the modules studied. There are no examinations.

Progression

Once the Extended Diploma has been gained, then you have a Post Graduate qualification and an opportunity to top-up your qualification to a Masters.
